To the payment of which well and truly to be made, we and each of us bind ourselves and every of our Heirs Executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents, sealed and dated this 21st day of June 1804.---- The condition of the above obligation is such that, whereas a marriage is shortly intended to be solemnized between the above bound James Ashman and Miss Mary McFerrin of the county of Nicholas.
