A native of Stithton, he was a former carpenter for the Mac Construction Co. in Lebanon Junction and a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church in Lebanon Junction. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Agnes Sweat Wise. Survivors include five daughters, Mary Ann Hubbard, Regina Mitchell and Rosie Wise, all of Lebanon Junction, Terri Van Der Spuy of Louisville and Betty Shepard of Boston, KY.; and Betty Shepard of Boston, KY; five sons, Charlie Eugene Wise of Doe Valley, Joseph Alonzo "Lonnie" Wise of Bardstown, Pat Wise of Boston, KY., Johnnie Wise of Corrales, N.M. and Michael Andrew "Moochie" Wise of Hillview; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. The funeral was Saturday at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Lebanon Junction with the Rev. Mike Tobin, the Rev. Ron Knott and the Rev. Jim Graff officiating. "Frank" Williams, 69, of Radcliff, died Friday, July 5, 2002 at his home. A native of Winchester, he was a member of Broadway Baptist Church of Winchester. He has been a resident of Radcliff since retirin from the Army almost 30 years ago. He worked as a civilian employee for the Louisville Post Office and at Fort Knox, before retiring from Fort Knox in 1993. He was an avid gardener and a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Ida Taylor Williams; a brother, Harry Schooler; and an aunt, Mary Elizabeth Seals. Survivors include his wife, Lela; three sons, Gary Williams of Long Beach, Calif., Albert "Frankie" Williams of Radcliff and Kevin Williams of Orlando; a brother, William Schooler of Winchester; a sister, Marion Williams of Winchester; and a granddaughter.
