Isham's Heirs Bourbon Circuit Court Sct. Jany Term 1823 In Chancery Ishams Heirs complts against Isham Deft. In this cause the court made an order and decree, that John L. Hickman and Aquilla Parker (or either of them) be appointed commissioners to settle her accounts xc as admntix of Jonathan Isham decd., and to make partition of Estate and Negroes amongst the Heirs if practicable, reserving to the deft her third xc. Your Commrs. met the parties on the 6th day of May Instant at the house of the Deft. and Elizabeth Oneal and Robert Miller her Trustee, and Henry S. Born July 17, 1928, in Boyle County, he was the son of the late Loren E. and Laura K. Floyd. He established and managed a grocery store in Casey County and also worked as a meat cutter and packer in Louisville. He built houses in Kentucky and Indiana, researched and developed real estate, and was an entrepreneur and political campaign promoter. He was a lifetime member of Masonic Lodge No. 724 F&AM, Shriners and UFCW Local 227. He was preceded in death by a brother, Loren E. Floyd Jr., and a sister, Marguerite F. Hicks. Survivors include his daughter, Marguerite Floyd of Lexington; a brother, Theodore A. Floyd of Somers Point, N.J.; and a sister, Amanda F. Greer of Tucson, Ariz. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel by Clifford DeHart. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery. Gwynn, 86, of Sarasota, Fla., formerly of Danville, died Tuesday in Florida. Born Feb. 27, 1915, in Mercer County, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Mary McAfee Milton. She was a secretary for an advertising agency and a homemaker. She was a graduate of University of Kentucky. Survivors include her husband, John L. Gwynn; a son, John L. Gwynn Jr. of Santa Fe, N.M.; two daughters, Marty Gwynn of Sarasota and Mary Rossen of Los Angeles, Calif.; and five grandchildren. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Bellevue Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens. She died Friday at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington. Born Dec. 6, 1953, in Detroit, Mich., she was a daughter of Harley Humfleet of Harrodsburg and the late Wilma Flowers Humfleet. She was a licensed practical nurse for 30 years and a member of Worldstown Road Church of God. Other survivors include her husband, Wesley Bruce Gover III; a daughter, April Gordon of Nicholasville; a son, B.J. Naylor of Lexington; stepmother, Corene Humfleet of Harrodsburg; two sisters, Della Wright and Sherri Cloyd, both of Lincoln County; a brother, William R. Humfleet of Danville; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie Naylor. Pallbearers will be Robert Humfleet, John Webb, Tim and Jay Shelton, James, Scotty, Richard and Tony Naylor Jr. Honorary pallbearers are George Hill and Larry Gover. Visitation is 5-9 p.m. today.
