E. Morgan, 77, Passes March 13 H. E. Morgan, 77, of the Goodson's Chapel community died at the Community Hospital, Thursday, March 13. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sam Morgan. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Jennie Mosier Morgan; one daughter by a former marriage, Mrs. Rosa Bowles of Louisville; three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. The funeral was held Saturday at 1:30 at Beaument Methodist Church, of which he was a member, and burial was in the church cemetery. Rev. L. E. Woodcock and Rev. C. G. Blankenship officiated. Wray Bertha Mae Bastin Wray, 76, of Grant Street died Tuesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born June 30, 1925, in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late William and Pearl Young Bastin. She was a homemaker and a member of Herrington Lake Pentecostal Church. She was a volunteer at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center and the widow of Kenneth Wray. Survivors include a son, Mike Wray of Louisville; a daughter, Darlene Wooten of Danville; a sister, Hazel Hinkle of Lexington; four grand- children; and five great-grandchildren.
