Born Aug. 19, 1976, in Fayette County, he was the son of Paul D. Dailey of Louisville and Mary Burke Fletcher of Danville. He was a salesman for River City Truck Parts and a graduate of Louisville Eastern High School. He was a Baptist. Other survivors include his stepfather, Larry Fletcher of Danville; stepmother, Susan Dailey of Louisville; a son, Dawson B. Franklin of Louisville; grandparents, Maudie E. Burke and George and Gladys Dailey, all of Lancaster; and two stepsisters, Erin and Beth Hewett, both of Louisville. Services will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ramsey Funeral Home by the Rev. Barry Jeffries. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. He died Monday at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, Lexington. Born Feb. 8, 1940, in Montgomery County, he was the son of Flora Jackson Dale of St. Matthews and the late Charles B. Dale Sr. He was a retired employee of Trane Co. in Lexington and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Lexington. He was an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Dale of Stanford; and a daughter, Janice Rowe of Stanford. Pallbearers will be Dickie Kidd, David Sowder, Buckwheat Gilbert, Jim Reed and Reed Parsons. "Bill" Davis, 77, of Tibbs Lane, Danville, formerly of Ottenheim, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Mount Hebron Baptist Church in Waynesburg by the Revs. Dan Gutenson and Jimmy McKinney. Burial will be in Mount Hebron Cemetery with military rites by Caswell Saufley Post 18 of the American Legion. He died Wednesday at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Lexington. Born Dec. 10, 1925, in Highland, he was the son of the late William T. and Chloe Della Carrier Davis. He was a farmer and a member of Mount Hebron Baptist Church. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the widower of Marcella Wilcop Davis. Survivors include a daughter, Radonna Bredar of Danville; a brother, Raymond Davis of Highland; and two grandchildren. Survivors include three daughters, Evelyn Hopper and Juanita Russell, both of Tennessee, and Olowen Elmore of Liberty; a son, Johnny Decker of Indiana; two sisters, Myrtle Harmon of Danville and Helena McDonald of Liberty; two brothers, Sherman and Edward Murphy, both of Liberty; seven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. He was a graduate of Brown Vocational High School in Wilmington and member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Clementine Dobies; two daughters, Andrea M. Born July 12, 1939, in Chattahoochee, Fla., she was the daughter of the late Marsha and Leonard Bates Sr. She was a nurse and a member of First Baptist Church, Danville. She was also a member of the Elks club. Survivors include a daughter, Cheryl D. Effiom of Cincinnati; two sons, Tai D. Doram and Damarintae S. Fischer, both of Danville; three brothers, Leonard J. Bates Jr. of Danville and Alfonso Campbell and Hubert Floyd, both of Youngstown, Ohio; a sister, Betty Stanford of Danville; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, James Doram III. Services will be 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, 2nd and Walnut streets, by the Rev. Richard Hill and Larry Weather.
