Haggin Memorial Hospital. Born May 20, 1913, in Harrodsburg, she was the daughter of the late John W. and Beulah Crossfield Fallis. She was a homemaker, a member of Ebenezer Church of Christ, and the widow of James W. Divine. Survivors include a daughter, Betty Jo Rappleye of Harrodsburg; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Terry Morrison. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation is after 5 p.m. today and prior to time of service Wednesday. Burial will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery. She died Monday at Liberty Care Center. Born June 16, 1916, in Casey County, she was a daughter of the late Turner and Lena Hall Downs. She was a homemaker, a member of the Holinesss Church and the widow of George W. Edwards. Survivors include two daughters, Louise H. Smith of Newport and Adell Johnson of Liberty; a son, William C. Edwards of Hustonville; two brothers, Herbert and Floyd Downs; 13 grandchildren; and several great- and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Bennie R. Edwards; and two grandchildren. Name: Irby Lee Redford [photo] Residence: Glasgow KY Died: Friday afternoon, 11 Feb 1977, automobile accident that occurred south of Tompkinsville near Akersville on Highway 87, 3:15 p.m. According to reports, a gasoline truck driven by Redford left the road on a steep hill and curve, overturned and exploded. The truck was engulfed in flames when officials and foremen arrived on the scene and fire had also spread to the field and trees officials said. The Gamaliel Fire Department fought the blaze for nearly two hours. Monroe County Coroner Billy Polston ruled that Redford was urned to death as the result of an accident.Redford, 51, a resident of 112 Wingage, was an employee of Exxon Oil Company in Glasgow. Curry, 71, died at his home in Campbellsville Thurs. 30 Jul [1959] after a long illness. Mr. Curry was well-known in Green Co. He was ordained a Baptist minister some 40 years ago and had served as pastor of churches in Green, Taylor, Metcalfe, Hardin and Hart Counties. His last pastorate was Mill Creek Baptist Church in Hardin Co. where he served 17 years. Curry was widely known through central Ky. as a real estate dealer and operated under the name of T.S. Curry & Son. Mr. Curry built the Ky. Central Hotel in Campbellsville and operated it for a number of years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eva Houk, Curry; a son, T.S. Curry, Jr., Campbellsville; a daughter, Mrs. James Daugherty, Clay City, Ky; 2 brothers, Prof. D.P. Curry, Campbellsville and Dr. L.C. Curry, Bowling Green; 2 sisters, Mrs. Clarence Elzy, Campbellsville an d Mrs. H.L. Sinclair, Bowling Green.
