K MORRISON, James BROWN, Reubin BROWN, Elizabeth O'DANIEL wife of John O'DANIEL, Nancy BROWN, Harriet FRIEND, Charles FRIEND, Robert FRIEND, James FRIEND, Richard FRIEND, John R. FRIEND and Rebecca FRIEND heirs of Isaac FRIEND, SR Dec'd by E.R. BURBA Special Commissioner appointed by the Larue Circuit Court after first part and William FRIEND after second part Witnesseth that whereas there was a suit pending in the Larue Circuit Court whithin William FRIEND was Plantiff and the above named heirs of Isaac FRIEND was defendants and at the Nov TERM 1857 afsaid Coourt the above named Case came on for hearing upon the petition exhibits pleadings and in the case and the Court being sufficiently advised of Considering the premises It is ordered and adjudged that the Defendants Convey to the plantiff theland named in the Bond and petition and George BROWNFIELD was appointed a comissioner to Convey for and on Behalf the Defendants with Covenant of General Warranty and Said Commr having failed to Convey the same at the November term 1848 of said Court E.R. BURBA was appointed and it is further ordered that he convey a quit claim only agreeable to the wording of the Bonds filed in this Suit-- have this Indenture Witnessth that I E.R. BURBA Special Comr appointed by the Larue Circuit for and on Behalf of the heirs of Isaac FRIEND Sr Decd have this day bargained and sold and do here convey by Deed of quit Claim unto William FRIEND a certain tract of land lying in Larue County Ky-- ON THE WATERS OF NOLIN and bounded as follows-- Beginning at a white oak in Israel CHRISTIANS line of his 1500 acres Survey running thence with said line N72W 13 poles to a black oak in Said Line thence S18W 200 poles to a white oak thence S72E 130 poles to a Small black oak thence N18E200 poles to the Beginning containing 162 Acres To have and To Hold the above described tract or parcel of land with all the appurtenances to the Said William FRIEND his heirs and etc forever And the parties of the first part by the Commr aforesaid will warrant and forever defend the same against themselves their heirs or any other person claiming by through or under them but against no claims whatsoever In Witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal E.R. BURBA For and in behalf of the heirs of isaac FRIEND Sr Decd I George BROWNFIELD Clerk of the Larue Circuit Court State of Kentucky do certify that on the 3rd day of November 1858 the foregoing Deed to William FRIEND was produced in Court and acknowledged by E.R.
