Submitter's comments:   There are a couple of typos on this certificate.  
Other records show Dora Mae to also be Dora Maggie.  The name Nora has been 
used also.  Her father is shown to be Frank Perkins, when in actuality, his 
name was Frank Pierce Murphy.  It's surprising there isn't a secondary cause 
of death, as she only had the onset of senility 3 days prior to her death.
