I desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. 2nd. After the payment of my debts and funeral expenses I give to my wife Nancy S. Elam the remainder of my real and personal estate to have and to enjoy during her natural life and her continuance a widow. And at her death or marriage I desire that my son Theophilus P. M.(?) Elam shall have and enjoy himself and his heirs forever. The same on the condition however named, that he support my wife Nancy S. Elam during her life or continuance a widow. I desire that it be further understood that my son Theophilus P. Elam receive and enjoy the rents and profits of my house and farm during the lifetime of my wife Nancy S. Elam on the condition above named. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife Nancy S. Elam and my son Theophilus P. M. Elam executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other or former Wills or testaments by me heretofore made. This 12th day of June 1851.
