I want all my Just debts paid. I want all the first Children to have One Dollar a piece except Elisher Roberson and he has the place that Elias Lickliter lives on. I want this farm that I now live on for the benefit of my heirs by last wife and for my wife to have the benefit Of the farm to raise and support the Children and also the benefit of all the property except three heifer which I want for my Girls Sarah(?), Mildred and Jane. given under my hand the date above written. Williams Pleasant Walters Elias Lickliter Laurel County Court February Term 1854 A paper purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Charles Roberson Deceased was presented in Court and fully proven by the Oaths of Harvey(?) Williams and Elias Lickliter Subscribing witnesses thereto. Whereupon the same is ordered to be recorded as and for the last will and Testament of said Decedent. It is further ordered that Mary Ann Roberson the widow of said deceased be and she is hereby appointed Administatrix with the will annexed of said Deceased, whereupon she entered into and executed the necessary Bond with Andrew(?)
