Fisrt, I desire the payment of all my just debts to be paid out of the property. Secondly I desire that my wife Lucy(?) Storm have one third of the remainder of my estate after the payment of my debts as aforesaid and then it is my Will and desire that the balance of my estate shall be equally divided between my Children. And lastly it is my Will and desire that William Storm my brother shall see that my will herein carried into effect and further purpose I nominate and appoint my father(?)
