Hazel F. Staples, 70, of Mount Washington, died Sunday at her home.
She was the former Hazel Epply and a former employee of James B. Beam
Distillers.
Survivors: her husband, Allen Staples; a daughter, Sharon Kidwell; sons Jeff
Staples and Wayne and Roger Giltner; a sister, Evelyn Courtney; nine
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Wednesday, McFarland-Troutman's, Mount Washington. Burial:
Bedford IOOF Cemetery. Visitation: 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday and after 10
a.m. Wednesday.
