He was 86 years of age and the son of Judge John J. Jordan, deceased. The family lived at Fallsburg and later in Louisa for several years. Mr. Jordan was well known to the older citizens of the county. He had been in failing health for some time. Interment was made in the Short Cemetery near Yatesville following funeral service conducted by Rev. C.L. Neff of Fallsburg. Mr. Jordan was a brother of John J. Jordan, Mrs. G. C. Short of Yatesville, Mrs. W. A. Berry of Ashland and Marion Jordan of Florida.
