Son of Cova Jordan and the late Ada Moore Jordan, he was born at Adams and was a farmer by occupation. He had resided in Columbus 4 years at the time of his death. He was a veteran of WWI. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. this morning from the Dry Ridge Church with the Revs. S. B. Ball and Wm. W. Moore officiating. Burial will be in the Moore Cemetery under the direction of the Young Funeral Home. He is survived by wife, Martha Adkins, Jordan, of Columbus, 2 daughters, Mrs. David Brush and Mrs. Jay Foster, both of Columbus, OH, father, Cova Jordan of Adams, 2 sisters, Mrs. Claude Woods of Catlettsburg and Mrs. George Roberts of Louisa, route 3, and 4 brothers, Robert Jordan of Adams, Dock Jordan of Catlettsburg, and Will and Alvin Jordan of Columbus. He is also survived by one half sister, Mrs. Lyss Chapman of Dayton, OH and 2 half brothers, Noah Ball of Louisa, route 4 and Andrew Ball of Columbus.
