Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. at the home of Felix Kelly with the Rev. Willie Sparks, the Rev. Elmer Burchwell and the Rev. Emerson Collier officiating. Burial was in the family cemetery. Mrs. Kelly was born at Ophir, KY, April 7, 1869, the daughter of the late Edward J. and Amanda Fairchild Hill. She had lived in Skaggs for the past 39 years and was a member of Enterprise Baptist Church. Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. D. S. Ross of South Webster, OH, Mrs. C. W. Kelly of West Liberty, KY and Mrs. J. H. Hay of Isonville, KY; three other sons, Don of Springfield, OH, Hubert of Londonderry, OH, and Herbert of South Webster, OH and two sisters, Mrs. Cass Elswick and Mrs. Robert Peters of Ophir, KY. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Young Funeral Home.
