Letcher Grand Jury Ends Record Session
 
   Whitesburg, Ky., Feb. 9 -- The Letcher circuit court closed its work here
and Judge Roscoe Vanover returned to his home in Pikesville.  There were ten
penitentiary sentences at the term of court and the grand juries returned
more than 500 indictments -- more than 400 of which were for illegal traffic
in whiskey.
