WILL: John Huffman, written 1857, Lewis County, Kentucky I John Huffman of the County of Lewis and State of Kentucky do hereby make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say First I desire that after my death that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my personal property. Secondly after paying debts and funeral expenses I give to my wife Hannah Huffman all I possess both real and personal to use or control during her lifetime or widowhood. Thirdly after the death of my wife I desire the same to be sold or much of the same that remains after her death and divided equally among my children not including my son Joseph Huffman as I have deeded to him his portion. Fourth and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my friend John H. Tully Executor of this my Last Will and Testament herby Revoking all others and former wills or testaments by me heretofore made.
