John Preston claims 193 acres of land for selling and improving the same 
originally to and of the general assembly entitled an act for selling & 
improving the vacant lands in this commonwealth satisfactory and legal proof 
being made of his selling the same it is ordered that a certificate issue 
agreeably to the following location to wit John Preston enters 193 acres of 
land lying upon the Herican Fork waters of Buck Creek beginning on a spanish 
oak & black oak runing N26 W252 poles to three hickoreys thence S67 W156 poles 
to a white oak & three dogwoods thence S14 E34 poles to three white oaks & 
dogwoods thence N39 E42 poles to the beginning.
