Witnesseth that the said Joseph Lawrence and Sarah his wife and Robert Lawrence and Elizabeth his wife for and in consideration of the sum of twenty Pounds Current Money of the State Afsd to them in hand Paid by the said Aron Legrange the receipt whereof they Do hereby Acknowledge have Granted Bargained and Sold and By these Presents Do Grant Bargain and sell unto the said Aron Legrange and his Heirs forever one certain tract or Parcel of Land Situate Lying and Being in the County afsd Contiguous to the Town afsd and Bounded as follows (to wit) Beginning at a Sycamore Saplin on Birneys West Line thence west 44 poles Binding on Birneys and said Lawrence Line to a Sugar tree thence South 15 poles to a Stake on Greens Line thence East 44 Poles Binding on the Greens Line to a Sugar tree Corner to him & Birney thence North 15 poles to the Beginning Containing four acres (Be the same more or less) with all and Singular the Premises thereunto Belonging or in any wise appurtaining to have & To hold The afsd Tract or parcel of Land with all and Singular the Premises thereunto Belonging to the only Proper Use & Behoof of him the afsd. Aaron Legange and of his Heirs or Assigns forever and The said Joseph Lawrence and Sarah his wife and Robert Lawrence & Elizabeth his wife for themselves and their Heirs Do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said Aaron Legrange that they will forever Warrant and Defend the Land & Premises afsd. unto the said Aaron Legrange his heirs and Assigns forever against Themselves and against the Claim of all & Every person or Persons whatsoever In Witness whereof they have hereunto set their Hands and affixed Their seals the Date afsd.
