Born Dec. 21, 1962, in Stanford, he was the son of Alice F. Cornett Foley of Waynesburg and the late Robert Foley. He was an employee of Woodstock Pallet Mill. Other survivors include a brother, Larry G. Stull of Kings Mountain; and a sister, Jeanie Foley Warfield of Eubank. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Barnett & Demrow Funeral Home by Robert Collins. Burial will be in Double Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday. Memorials may go to Liberty Baptist Church.
