PERRYVILLE -- Viola Leffew Engle, 72, of Parksville died Thursday in Stanford 
House nursing home.
Born Jan. 18, 1930, in Boyle County, she was the daughter of the late Andrew 
and Ida Belle Vaught Leffew. She was the widow of William T. "Pete" Engle. She 
was a homemaker and a member of Mitchellsburg Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Patsy Stelle of Danville, Peggy Freeman of 
Harrodsburg and Brenda Engle of Richmond; a son, William "Bill" Engle of 
Danville; two brothers, William Leffew of Mitchellsburg and Louis Leffew of 
Danville; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four step great-
grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Wilder Funeral Home by the Rev Gary Webster. 
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Visitation is 7-9 p.m. Saturday.
Memorials may go to National Kidney Foundation.
