From the Danville Advocate Messenger, 6 Apr 2003 MORELAND -- William Arthur Hale, 85, of Hustonville, died Thursday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born June 9, 1917, in Casey County, he was the son of the late Bruce and Hester Peyton Hale. Survivors include his wife, Della M. Vaught Hale; a daughter, Gail Turpin of Ellisburg, a brother, Marvin Hale of Somerset; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one step great-grandchild. Services will be 2 p.m. today at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by G.W. Smith. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
