Holts, 68, of Martin Luther King Street, Stanford, will be 11 a.m. Thursday at First Missionary Baptist Church in Stanford by the Rev. William Ewing. Burial will be in Baurs Cemetery. He died Saturday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Nov. 15, 1933, in Harlan, he was the son of the late William and Ella B. Holts. He was retired from Thom McAn Co. in Danville, a member of First Baptist Cedar Ridge Church, and the widower of Edna L. Holts. Survivors include a stepdaughter, Shirlena F. Goode of Stanford; a stepson, Ronnie Wilkerson of Stanford; a brother, William Holts Sr. of Lynch; and two stepgrandchildren. Pallbearers will be Kevin Alcorn, John Routt, James Matterson, Victor Wilkerson, David Penman and Kevin Napier. Honorary pallbearers are James Sutter, Clearence Gooch, Robert Coulter, Sonny Logan and Robert Brown. Visitation will be 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
