STANFORD -- Services for Jerry Deem Hines, 62, of Lancaster Street, 
Crab Orchard, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Fox Funeral Home by the Rev. 
Ernest L. Martin. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery with 
military rites by Caswell-Saufley Post 18, American Legion.

He died Monday at Fort Logan Hospital.

Born Jan. 31, 1940, in Marion, Ind., he was the son of the late 
James and Ruth Deem Hines. He was a warehouse manager for BPI in 
Stanford and attended Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Ashley Dale Deem of Indianapolis, Ind.; 
two daughters, Tina Hines of Crab Orchard and Chastity Leigh Cash 
of Indianapolis; and two brothers, James and Mike Hines, both of 
New Castle, Ind.
