Jim Cook. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. He died Monday at his home. Born July 5, 1956, in Stugart, Germany, he was the son of the late Jessie Whitis and Betty Whitis Rogers. He was a construction worker, a member of Lancaster Baptist Church, and an Army veteran. Survivors include a brother, Mark E. Rogers of Lancaster.
