Certificate of Time and Place of Marriage

A. W. Fortune Minister of the Christian Church or religious order of
that name, do certify that on the 26 day of May 1927 at Lexington Kentucky,
under authority of the above license, I united in Marriage Fred Goggans
Watkins and Besse B. Bourne the persons named and described therein, in the
presence of Robert C. Watkins and Mrs. A. W. Fortune

I qualified and gave bond, according to law, authorizing me to celebrate the
rites of Marriage in County of Fayette State of Kentucky.

Given under my hand, this 26 day of May 1927.

County of Lincoln, I, Jewell McWilliams Clerk, of the County Court, of
the County and State aforesaid, do certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of the Marriage License and Certificate Fred Goggans Watkins 
and Besse B. Bourne which is on file in my office and appears of record in Book
No 54, Page 83.
