GEORGEs to intersect the road leading from Clarksville to Eddyville and make report thereof and that Andw. GEORGE be apd. surveyor of said road and James McNABB al- lott the hands Tuesday, July 5, 1808-- Ordered that the Commonwealths attorney for this county bring suit on the bond given by Matthias COOK and his securities for the building of a court house for this county unless the said COOK produce the Commissioners report that they have recd. the said Court house on or before the first Monday in August next.
