Recommend spirit into the hands of God almighty. To CHARLES MILLER, oldest son, grey mare last spring's colt, and to his wife, side saddle. To son JOSEPH, the next colt that my grey mare had. To son JOHN, the grey mare and her horse colt. To son STEPHEN, a young mare called Fly and her colt and a bay horse called Paddy. The rest of moveable property to be equally divided between two sons JOHN and STEPHEN and of the plantation on which I now live, 50 acres to be run off on the corner joining the barrons and joining JOHN's line. The line is to be run so as to divide the spring out of which I now get my water and added to my son's place and then the ballance with all the improvement to be valued and placed with the addition of the 50 acres to be valued and JOHN and STEPHEN to draw lotts for the part on which I now live and whoever gets the most valuable of the tracts is to pay up to the other the difference within one year provided that STEPHEN will equally divide his headright with JOHN.
