The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net *********************************************************************** From Livingston County Wills Book A, 1799 - 1873 Film # 0318175 Will of Malachi Brantley Memorandum that on the 22nd day of October in 1841 Malichi Brantley of the County of Livingston and the State of Kentucky being sick of the sickness whareoff he died on the 23rd day of following at his dwelling House in said county whare he has last resided for near three years past - did make and declare his last will and testiment Nuncuperative in these words of substance that is to say - I give and bequeath to my wife Nicey Brantley all my property of every description both real and personal to do as she may think proper with the exception of one rifle gun that I will and bequeath to my son James Brantley and request and desire that my wife shall sell such of my property that in her judgment she can best spare and pay all my just debts these (words?) or to the like effect the said M. Brantley declared in the presence of the subscribers with the intention that the same should be his last will and testament whare he desired them to bare testimony which we reduce to writing this 28th day of October 1841.
