John Danks was born Nov. 26, 1761, a son of George Danks. The John Danks
assisted in the organization of Antioch Church near Lewisburg, KY

Mr. Eddings had a search of several years for this old Danks Bible. It had gone
from family to family and was found near Lewisburg after its return from another
county.
(the last two names Danks childred were evidently grandchildren of great grand
children of this Silas or Celas Danks. This note is by Mrs. J. Wells Vick.
