Creek and Bounded as followeth to wit Beginning at a black oak running thence North twenty Eight East one hundred and twenty poles to the Creek thence down the meanders to Isaac Laneys line thence with his line North Eighty West one hundred and twenty poles to a stake thence South seventeen West one hundred and twenty six poles to a stake thence North forty five West one hundred and forty six poles to a stake then North sixty West forty poles to a black ____ then South twenty one hundred and Eighty Eight poles to a post oak then South Sixty East two hundred and twenty poles to the Beginning With its appurtenances to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said Richard Lee and his heirs forever In witness whereof the said Christopher Greenup Esq Governor of the commonwealth of Kentucky hath hereunto set his hand and caused the seal of the said commonwealth to be affixed at Frankfort the tenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and six and of the Commonwealth the Fourteenth.
