photocopy that I have in my possession. Please bear in mind that I am 
apt to make mistakes and the copy that I am working from is about 20 
years old.

LOGAN CIRCUIT COURT

January Term, 1890  4th Day January 9th 1890

Belle Henderson           Plaintiff
Against  In Equity
Henry H Henderson         Defendant

     This cause coming on to be heard, and being submitted to the Court on 
the pleadings and proof and the Court being sufficiently advised, adjudges 
that the plaintiff Belle Henderson be and she is hereby divorced "a viuculo 
matrimonii" with the defendant Henderson, restored to all the rights and 
privileges of an unmarried woman and to her maiden name Belle Hightower. It 
is further adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff have the care and 
custody of the child mentioned in the petition, Elvis H Henderson, and this 
cause is stricken from the docket.
