Abstract from LDS Microfilm #0364608, Logan County KY Will Book 1, p.22

p.22  William Barnett of Logan Co in a low state of health but sound in 
memory.  All my just debts to be paid.  Wife Elizabeth Barnet, my Negro woman 
named Patt.  During my wife’s natural life with the increase should there be 
any and at my wife’s death Patt to be sold and the increase divided between my 
two sons Adam Sanders Barnett & Thomas Fields Barnett.  If wife should have 
another child within nine months then the division should be with my three 
children.  My stock & mare & cattle I leave to my wife togethers with all the 
household furniture to be at my wife’s disposal at her death.  Executors:  my 
wife Elizabeth Barnett and James Curry Barnett.  29 Jun 1804.   Signed:
