Johnson p.271 James J. Johnson nuncupative will, 3 Nov 1829 Cousin Mary Johnson to have $100 out of my watch, the balance to cousin James & Thos. Johnson. Cousin John Johnson to have $100. Thos. Price to have my sword cane John W. Vineyard one of my pistols and Major J. Price the other. Major J. Price to get new suit of clothes after paying tailor’s bill. Cousin John Johnson accounts to be paid. Balance of clothes to cousins James & Thos Johnson Balance of my property to be equally divided between my brothers & sisters Cousin William Johnson to attend to it and particularly for cousin William D. Price to have the value of my pistols. 8 Dec 1829: Noncupative will of James J. Johnson dec’d was produced and proved by oaths of Nancy Johnson & Samuel Price except the devise to James & Thos Johnson the balance of clothes which was proved by Nancy Johnson & Major J. Price.
