G, p. 193 In the name of God. Amen. I, Richard West, knowing that it is appointed once for man to die and being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and Testament revoking all others made by me. Item 1st I give my soul to God who made it. Item 2nd I will that all my Just debts be paid out of my estate with my funeral expenses. Item 3rd My will is that my executors sell so much of my property as will defray all my debts and expenses and the balance be kept for the benefit of raising and schooling my children. Item 4th My will is that after the raising and schooling of my children and they arrive at the age of twenty-one or marry that my estate be equally divided amongs them giving to my beloved wife Amy West her choice whether to take a child's part or one third part of my estate at that period. Item 5th I will that my executor attend to my business of all descriptions, renting of my land and collecting rents and debts of all kinds.
