Date of Deed: 2 March 1904 Mrs. Josephine BYRD and her husband, A. H. BYRD of Lyon County, Kentucky, to T. H. RILEY of same county and state for $300 paid and to be paid as follows viz. $50 paid in cash $100 to be paid in one year, and $150 in two years from this date of which same unpaid said RILEY bas executed to Mrs. Josephine BYRD one note for $100 due in one year and one note for $150 due in two years from this date, bearing interest from date at 6% per annum. One tract or parcel of land lying in Lyon County, Kentucky on the waters of Skinframe Creek, and bounded as follows: Same description as above Deed R, pages 100 - 101 being same land conveyed by S. N. LEONARD by deed of record in Deed Book R, page 100 and to said LEONARD by John L. SMITH, Comr. Of the Lyon Circuit Court, on the 24 day of Oct. 1898 and is commonly known as the Jacob BYRD land.
