LEONARD of Lyon County, Kentucky to Mrs. Josephine BYRD of same county and state for $150 one tract or parcel of land, lying in Lyon County, Kentucky on the waters of Skinframe Creek and bounded as follows: beginning at three black ___ and running thence N 86 E 96 poles to a black oak in S. FREER's line thence with same S 20 E 36 poles to a dogwood at FREER's stake corner, thence with same line N 71 E 54 poles to a white oak, T. FREER's corner on the side of a road, thence up said road with said T. FREER's line S 15 W 100 poles to a white oak and black gum passing FREER's corner at 80 poles, thence S 55 W 60 poles to a poplar and black oak on the side of a road, thence N 51 W l45 to the beginning containing 73 acres more or less. This is the same land conveyed by John L. SMITH as Master Commissioner of the Lyon Circuit Court sold by him as said Comr.
