Elizabeth Searcy Orphan of Samuel Searcy decd came personally into Court and 
made choice of John Hawkins as her guardian Whereupon the Said Hawkins 
together with Will & John McCord as her Securities entered into and 
acknowledged Bond in the penalty of $1500 conditioned as the Law directs.

Sally Searcy Orphan of Samuel Searcy decd came into Court and made Choice of 
John Hawkins as her guardian Whereupon the said Hawkins together with John & 
William McCord his Securities entered into and acknowledged Bond in the 
penalty of $1500 conditioned as the Law directs.


Additional Comments:
Elizabeth and Sally Searcy, orphans of Samuel Searcy choose their guardians.
