Witnesseth that the said Elihu Green for and In consideration of the Sum of Thirty pounds to him in hand paid the receipt thereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and himself therewith to be fully satisfied and paid, hath given granted Bargained and Sold and by these presents Doth give grant, bargain and Sell unto the said Richard Lee his heirs and Assigns forever all that Tract or parcel of Land Lying and being in Madison County containing one Hundred Acres be the same more or less. To Wit Beginning at two Beeches Edward Robert's Corner thence one Hundred and seventy four poles south to his corner at a red bud white Walnut and ____ _____ Another line of Roberts East one Hundred and Twelve poles to his Corner at two white walnuts and Elm on _____ branch, thence down said Branch to Boux Estills line to his Corner thence from Boud Estills corner up said Hill as far as is tilable Land thence with the said ridge leading down Silver Creek to Wm Mayes [?] line thence North with Mayes line until it forks the Lick Branch making unto Silver Creed, thence up said branch to the Beginning with all the appurtenances to Have and to Hold the said Tract or parcel of Land with its appurtenances unto the said Richard Lee his His Heirs and Assigns forever, and the said Elihu Green for himself his Heirs Egors and Admors doth warrant and forever Defend the said Tract or parcel of Land with all its appurtenances to the said Richard Lee his Heirs and Assigns forever Against all and Every person or persons whatever.
