Witnesseth that the said David Evans and Hannah his wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of current money of Kentucky to them in hand and the receipt whereof they do hereby Acknowledge and for themselves and their heirs doth freely clearly and absolutely _____ ______ and Confirm unto the aforesaid Thomas Lee and unto his heirs and assigns forever one Certain tract Dividend or parcel of land Containing by Survey fifty acres situate lying and being in Madison County on the Waters of Silver Creek and is Bounded as follows. To Wit, Beginning at a white walnut and Lyn Corner (?) to Andrew Huston in George Smith's line from thence North twenty degrees East with said Huston's line to a large beech tree on the bank of Taylor's fork from thence down Taylor's fork with its Meanders to a hickory and Sugartree Corner in Maclaines line on the bank of Taylor's fork with the said Maclaines line South twenty degrees West to three Sugar trees saplins in the aforesaid Smith's line and with his line to the Beginning with its appurtenances to him the said Thomas lee and to his heirs and assigns forever. To have and to hold the said fifty Acres of land be the same more or less and all and every of its rights members and appurtenances to him the said Thomas lee and unto his heirs and assigns forever and the said David Evans and Hannah his wife for themselves and their heirs do and shall and will warrant and by these presents forever defend the Title of the aforesaid fifty Acres of land and premises against the Claims of all and every person or persons whatsoever that shall or may hereafter claim the same unto the aforesaid Thomas Lee and unto his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof the said David Evans and Hannah his wife have hereunto set their hands and affixed their Seals the day and date first above written.
