Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part _____ of the heirs of Richard Lee Decd for and in consideration of the sum of seventy five dollars to them in hand ____receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by _____ do hereby grant bargain and sell unto the said Daniel [?] Cox and his heirs and assigns forever all their rights titles interest __ ___ of the children and heirs of Richard Lee Decd in a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Madison and on the waters of Paint Lick Silver Creek and bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at two white oaks and William Harvey's line a corner made for Joseph [?] Stra_____[?] 150 acres Thence with Stra—hams [?] line South 330 poles to a chestnut and two black oaks and white oak trees marked pointers in a line of Stephen Walker's 32 ˝ acres, thence with said Walker's line East crossing the Brush Fork of Silver Creek 153 poles to a white oak and dogwood, thence North 330 poles crossing said Brush Creek and running with the dividing line to a Stake corner to William Harvey, thence with said Harvey's line West 153 poles to the Beginning containing 307 acres be the same more or less. To have and to hold all the rights and title which the said parties of the first part has in and to the before mentioned tract of land and with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said Daniel [?] Cox and his heirs and assigns forever. ____ it is expressly understood by and between the parties that the said parties of the first part are not to be bound for the good ____ of the title. They only hereby sell all the interest they have in the land as three of the children and heirs of Richard Lee Decd and hereby warrants that for ___ and no father.
