McGuire and Anna his wife, Noah Lee, Thomas Belsha and Betsy his wife, David Lee, Richard Lee, James Stevenson and Polly his wife, Thomas lee, Joel Todd and Nancy his wife, Hugh Cloyd and Peggy his wife, Irvine Lee, Hezekiah Wright and Dilly his wife, James Lee and Lucinda Lee, heirs of Richard lee decd are complainant and John Walker, William Williams and Sally his wife, Judy Walker, David Walker, Eliza Walker, Lavina Walker, Leanna Walker, Wade Walker and Stephen Walker, heirs of Stephen Walker decd are defendants of the one part and said heirs of Richd Lee of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Richd Apperson commissioner as aforesaid in obedience to the decree has this day granted, bargained and sold, alined, released and confirmed _____ does by these presents grant bargain, sell, alien, release and confirm ____ on behalf of the Defendants the heirs of Stephen Walker aforesaid unto the said heirs of Richard Lee and their heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land mentioned in said decree containing 307 acres on the waters of Paint Lick and Silver Creeks, being a part of 1232 ½ acres which Stephen Walker purchased of Mastin Clay and adjoining the lands of William Harvey Jr. and bounded as follows. Beginning at two white oaks on Wm Harvey's line a corner made for Joseph Strawhen's 150 acres, thence with Strawhen's line L. 330 poles to a chestnut and two black oaks and white oaks ______ marked pointers on a line of Stephen Walker's 32 ½ acres, thence with said Walker's line East _____ the Brush Fork of Silver Creed 153 poles to a white oak and dogwood thence north 330 poles crossing said Brush Fork and running with the dividing line to a stake, corner to William Harvey, thence with said Harvey's line west 153 poles to Beginning. To have and to hold the before described tract or parcel of land unto the said heirs of Richard Lee decd and their heirs and assigns forever, together with the premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging and the said heirs of Stephen Walker aforesaid doth covenant to and with the said heirs of Richard Lee that they the said heirs of Stephen Walker decd the aforesaid tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances unto the said heirs of Richd Lee and their heirs and assigns forever against the claim or claims of all and every person or persons wherever so far as _____ have or may hereafter descend to the said heirs of Stephen Walker decd from said Stephen Walkers estate, will warrant and forever defend. Signed, Sealed and Ackd before Richard Apperson (seal) Commissioner Madison Circuit ___ I David Irvine Clerk of the Madison Circuit Court do certify that this deed from Richard Apperson as commissioner for and in behalf of the heirs of Stephen Walker decd to Richard Lee's heirs are acknowledged in open court on the 28th day of July 1827 by said Apperson to be his act and deed which deed was confirmed and ordered to be recorded, whereupon the same has been duly recorded in my office.
