Agreeable to an order of the Madison county Court to us directe we have
proceeded to settle with the administrators of Edward Turner deceased and
after examining all Vouchers and Accounts and being sworn we find the Estate
of said Edward amounts to one thousand and sixty one pounds six shillings and
seven pence to be divided among his said Legatees agreeable to an award made
the Judgment of the Madison Circuit Court with this exception of an additional
charrge of Twenty Pounds on the heirs of Thomas Turner to be put in the said
Estate and then divied as aforesaid.  Given under our hands and Seals this
23rd day of July 1807

At a Court continued and held for Madison County on Tuesday the 4th day of
August 1807 This Settlement with the Admod of Edward Turner Deceased being
returned was ordered to be recorded.

On page 588-Partial document
At a Court held for Madison County on Monday the1st day of April 1811 the
foregoing Settlement of Commifsioners with Philip Turner as administrator of
the Estate of Samuel Barns/Barus deceased was returned and received by the
Court and ordered to be Recorded.
