Submitted by Eileen Edward Turner-Will Book A, pg 404 Agreeable to an order of the Madison county Court to us directe we have proceeded to settle with the administrators of Edward Turner deceased and after examining all Vouchers and Accounts and being sworn we find the Estate of said Edward amounts to one thousand and sixty one pounds six shillings and seven pence to be divided among his said Legatees agreeable to an award made the Judgment of the Madison Circuit Court with this exception of an additional charrge of Twenty Pounds on the heirs of Thomas Turner to be put in the said Estate and then divied as aforesaid.
