Item I desire that so much of my personal estate should be sold after my decease as will be sufficient to discharge all my debts and funeral expences. I desire that my wife Sina so long as she lives or during her widowhood should have all of my lands except fifty acres on the upper end of my Tract of land to run as follows, Beginning at the upper end of Richard Lambs field and to run up the branch so as to include fifty acres which I wish Alsa Lewis to have so long as she living or during her widowhood. I further wish my wife to have all of my household and kitchen furniture Stock and farming utensils so long as she lives or during her widowhood except that that I hereafter name. I give my rifle gun to Rowland Lewis and my watch to Thomas South son of Elizabeth South. I also wish my wife to keep my nego man named Brister in her possession so long as she lives or remains a widow and afterwards it is my wish that Brister shall be free, and it is also my wish that he the said Brister shall have ten acres of land where Benjamin Heatherby lived to enjoy and dispose of as he may please and I also give to Brister all my blacksmith tools. I also wish and desire that at the death of my wife or if she should marry. I then wish and desire my son Humphrey Tunstall to have all of my landed estate that I have not heretofore disposed of. And I further wish that at the death of my wife of if she should marry. I then wish and desire that my daughter Elizabeth South should have all of my personal estate that is not heretofore disposed of. I also wish it distinctly understood that Brister is not to be run out of the State of Kentucky, and if my wife should marry or die, it is to be understood, that Brister is to be free immediately. It is further my wish that if Brister should die before he gets possession of the land or Blacksmith tools that it is my wish that my Son Humphrey Tunstall shall have the said ten acres of land and tools. And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my friends William Waltz and Absolom Adams Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand, affixed my seal this 13th day of December 1830. This instrument of writing was produced in open court and proven to be the Last Will and Testament of Richard Tunstall decd. by the oaths of Thomas Ross and William Watson both witnesses thereto and ordered to be entered of record and the same has been done accordingly.
