Conley Crego, 86, of Mansfield, died Monday morning, July 18, 2005 at Rosewood Manor in Galion. Born December 18, 1918 in Oil Springs, Kentucky, she was the daughter of John W. and Hattie (George) Blair. She lived in Mansfield since April 1994. Mrs. Crego worked as a doctor’s assistant for Dr. P.W. Smith. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Thomas E. Napper of Marion; one son, Lowell Keith Conley of Mansfield; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one sister, Maymie Litteral of Paintsville, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Ted Conley; second husband, Virgil Crego; one son, Buddy Allen Conley; and three brothers. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2005 in Litteral Cemetery, Oil Springs, Kentucky. Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with local arrangements.
