MAGOFFIN COUNTY — 

Lincoln Begley, 86, of Royalton, died Sunday, Jan. 12, at 
Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg.

Born June 30, 1916, in Leslie County, he was a son of the late 
Mary Begley. He was a miner, a US Army World War II veteran 
and a member of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include his wife, Amanda Allen Begley of Royalton;
fives sons, Alford Wireman, Jacob Wireman, John Eric Wireman 
and Ramey Joe Wireman, all of Royalton, and Jimmy Wireman 
of Huntington, W.Va.; a daughter, Gracie Jenkins of 
Prestonsburg; and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services were Wednesday, Jan. 15, at Trinity Chapel 
Holiness Church, Martin, with Rev. Ellis Stevens officiating.
Burial was in Wireman Cemetery, Trace, under direction of 
Salyersville Funeral Home, Salyersville.
