Castle, Ola Gullett
1/26/1916 – 9/17/2003

Ola Gullett Castle, 87, of Flat Fork Road, Salyersville,
Passed away Sept. 17, 2003 at Highlands Medical
Center in Prestonsburg.

Mrs. Castle was a homemaker and a member of
the Baptist faith.

She was born Jan. 26, 1906 in Magoffin County,
the daughter of the late Joseph and Adeline
Blanton Gullett. Besides her parents, she was
preceded in death by one brother, William
Leslie Gullett and three sisters, Vernie Cantrell,
Zylphie Conley and Omie Gullett.

Mrs. Castle is survived by her husband, Arnold
“General” Castle, one daughter, Peggy Phyllis
Castle Howard of Salyersville; eight grandchildren
and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. castle were conducted
on Saturday, Sept 13th at the Magoffin County
Funeral Home Chapel, with J.D. Rice, John Blanton,
Carl Howard and Eual McKenzie officiating.
burial followed at the Lonzie Howard Cemetery
at Twin Lick.

The Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel
was in charge of the arrangements.
