Anna Arnett Howard
Died: Friday, October 24, 2003
Age: 89

MAGOFFIN COUNTY — Anna Arnett Howard, 89, of Salyersville, 
died Friday, Oct. 24, at Salyersville Health Care Center.

Born June 9, 1914, in Magoffin County, she was a daughter of the 
late Linville and Josie B. Moore Arnett. She was a homemaker and 
a member of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cisco Howard; and 
three brothers, Eddie Arnett, Chester Arnett and Lester Arnett.

Survivors include three sons, Wishard Howard, Chester Howard 
and Garland Howard, all of Salyersville; three daughters, 
Wilma Joan Howard Minix, Lanna Howard Blanton and Treva Howard, 
all of Salyersville; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Sunday, Oct. 26, at Magoffin County Funeral 
Home Chapel, Salyersville with Rev. Greg Minix officiating. Burial 
was in Howard-Allen Cemetery, Craft Creek, under direction of 
Magoffin County Funeral Home.
