Vester Patrick
April 12. 1912-Mpy 20, 2001

Vester Patrick, age 89, of Valparaiso, Indiana, formerly of Salyersville, 
died Sunday, May 20, at the Waters of Duneland Healthcare Center in Chesterton.

He was born April 12, 191.2, in Salyersville, the son of the late Rueben Patrick 
and Martha Adams.

He was a retired carpenter and of Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife, June Conley, of Valparaiso, Indiana; three sons, 
Edward (Barbara) Patrick, of New Carlisle, Ohio, Ted (L.ydia) Patrick, of 
Jeffersonville and Mike (Kathy) Patrick, of Durham, North Carolina; two 
daughters, Lois Powers, of Belibrook, Ohio and Amelia (Charles) Craft, of 
Valparaiso, Indiana; 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchilthen and five 
great-great-grandchildren.

Those who preceded him in death other than his parents, were three brothers 
and five sisters.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 23, at the 
Edmonds and Evan Funeral Home in Chesterton, with Rev. Donald Good officiating.

Burial followed in the Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso, Indiana, with Edmonds 
and Evans Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
