Louis Patrick 83, of Mineral City died Aug 22, 2003 at Dover Union Hospital. Born June 6, 1920 to Canoy and Becky Jane (Whitley) Patrick in Magoffin Co Ky. He relocated to Mineral City Ohio after he completed high school. He first married Gertrude Burton, then Mildred "Millie" Ebie who proceded him in death. He is survived by a daughter, Jean (Bob) Reynolds of Wilmington NC, three sons: John (Bonnie) Patrick of Atwood Lake, Hershel (Linda) Patrick of Ashland, and Lesh (Joyce) Patrick of Marcus Hook, Pa: grandchildren Tony Patrick of Cincinatti, Nicole (Josh) Maxwell of Lake Cable, Keith (Portia) Patrick and Heather (Clayton) Harrison all of Ashland, Kim (Richard) Carpenter of Fla., Tina Cole of Uhrichsville. Genia (Nick) Barton of Wilmington NC, Lori (Rick) Rasketter of Canton, Lisa (John) Ryan, Angie (Jim) Crow, Jason (Cherokee) Patrick, and Teresa (John) Hupchek, all of Marcus Hook Pa, numerous great grandchildren, one great-greatgrandchild: one brother, Green (Anna) Patrick of New Cumberland: one sister, Bessie (Arnell) Dunn of New Cumberland: step-children, Gary E. (Teresa) Miller of New Philidelphia, Linda (Dave) Bowers of North Canton and four step-granchildren. In addition to his parents and his wives, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dale and three sisters, Frankie Collinsworth, Leathie Risner, and Gussie Alsept. Mr. Patrick enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping near Perrysville and always maintained a beautiful garden. Callin hours are Sunday Aug 24,3003 from 4-7pm at the Linn-Hert-Geib Furneral home at New Philidelpia. Funeral services held Monday Aug 25, 2003 at 1pm in the chapel at the funeral home with the Pastor Tim Billiter. Burial is at the New Cumberland Cemetary. The International Pentecostal Church of Christ hosted reception after graveside services.
